什么是繼電器的返回系數?它與整定電流計算有哪些聯系?

?在(zai)電(dian)動機控制(zhi)回(hui)路的(de)熱繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)過(guo)載整定電(dian)流(liu)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)和變壓器(qi)(qi)繼(ji)電(dian)保護計(ji)算(suan)(suan)過(guo)程中,會碰到(dao)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)返回(hui)系(xi)數(shu)這個參數(shu),那么(me)什么(me)是繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)返回(hui)系(xi)數(shu)呢?我(wo)們需要來了解一(yi)下繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)特性。

(1)繼電器的特性

圖(tu)一是繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)特性圖(tu),X軸表(biao)示(shi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)輸入量,Y軸為輸出量。改變繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)輸入量X大小(xiao)時,由于繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)只(zhi)有(you)“接通”和“斷開”兩個狀態(tai),所(suo)以繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)輸出量要么為0,要么為Y1,如(ru)圖(tu)一所(suo)示(shi)。

當(dang)(dang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入量(liang)(liang)(liang)X從(cong)零(ling)(ling)開始增加時(shi),當(dang)(dang)X<X2的過程中,輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)Y均為(wei)零(ling)(ling);當(dang)(dang)X=X2時(shi),繼(ji)電(dian)器的銜(xian)鐵閉(bi)合,通過其觸點的輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)由零(ling)(ling)變為(wei)Y1,這(zhe)時(shi)再(zai)增加輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入量(liang)(liang)(liang)X時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)均為(wei)Y1不(bu)變。當(dang)(dang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入量(liang)(liang)(liang)X減(jian)少時(shi),在X減(jian)少到X1和X2之間時(shi),繼(ji)電(dian)器的銜(xian)鐵仍然閉(bi)合,只(zhi)有(you)X減(jian)少到X<X1時(shi),繼(ji)電(dian)器的銜(xian)鐵才會(hui)打開,輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)由Y1變為(wei)零(ling)(ling),這(zhe)時(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入量(liang)(liang)(liang)X再(zai)減(jian)少時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)均為(wei)零(ling)(ling)不(bu)變。

基于以上特性(xing),X2稱為(wei)(wei)繼(ji)電器(qi)的吸合(he)值(zhi)(動作值(zhi)),X1稱為(wei)(wei)釋放(fang)值(zhi)(返回值(zhi)),而(er)繼(ji)電器(qi)的返回系數就是繼(ji)電器(qi)的釋放(fang)值(zhi)與吸合(he)值(zhi)的比值(zhi)。

Kr=X1 / X2

Kr:繼電器的返回系數;

X1:繼電器的釋放值;

X2:繼電器的吸合值。

通過以上公式(shi)可知,返(fan)回系數實際上是表示(shi)繼電器的吸合值與釋放值的接近(jin)程度。

(2)繼(ji)電器的(de)返回系數與整定電流計(ji)算(suan)的(de)聯系

了(le)解了(le)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的(de)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)特性后,我(wo)們來看(kan)一下(xia)在熱繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)過載整定電(dian)流計算和變壓器(qi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)保護計算中(zhong),為什么要考慮繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的(de)返回(hui)系數?

GB50055-2011《通用用電設備配電設計規范》2.3.9條:熱過載繼電器整定電流應按下式確定:Izd=Kk*Kjx*Ie/(n*Kr)

Izd:熱過載繼電器整定電流;

Ie:電動機的額定電流;

Kk:可靠系數;

Kjx:接線系數;

n:電流互感器變比;

Kr:熱繼電器的返回系數。

《工業與民用配電設計手冊》第四版的表7.2.-3 電力變壓器的電流保護整定計算中,過電流保護計算公式如下:Iopk=Krel*Kcon*Kol*Ie/(nTA*Kr)

Iopk:保護(hu)裝置的(de)動作電流;

Ie:變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)側的(de)額(e)定電流;

Krel:可靠系數;

Kcon:接線系數;

Kol:過負荷系數;

nTA:電流互感器變比;

Kr:繼電器的返回系數。

從以(yi)(yi)上(shang)公(gong)式可以(yi)(yi)看出,熱繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)整定電(dian)(dian)流計算均需要由額定電(dian)(dian)流Ie除以(yi)(yi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)返回系(xi)數(shu)Kr求得,那么為什么要除以(yi)(yi)返回系(xi)數(shu)Kr呢?

為了方便理解,我(wo)們(men)先暫時不(bu)考慮可(ke)靠系數和過負荷系數的(de)(de)影響,通過圖二,我(wo)們(men)可(ke)以(yi)知道(dao),假(jia)設不(bu)考慮繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)返回系數,那么繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)整定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)一(yi)為Izd1,返回電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)一(yi)為If1,兩者之間的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)范圍落(luo)在圖上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)軸(zhou)的(de)(de)ab區間,b點(dian)(dian)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)或(huo)變壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),當(dang)實際(ji)運(yun)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)超過b點(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)后,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)動作,而當(dang)實際(ji)運(yun)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)回落(luo)到(dao)ab區間時,這(zhe)時并(bing)未過載(zai),而電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)仍(reng)然大于繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)返回電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)一(yi)If1,根據繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)特性可(ke)知繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)銜(xian)鐵仍(reng)然處于吸合狀態,這(zhe)時仍(reng)然會(hui)發出過載(zai)報警信(xin)號,顯然是(shi)不(bu)合理的(de)(de)。

在考慮繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)返回(hui)系數(shu)后(hou),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)整定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流二(er)(er)為Izd2,返回(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流二(er)(er)為If2,兩者之間的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流范圍落在圖二(er)(er)上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流軸的(de)(de)bc區間,當(dang)(dang)實(shi)際(ji)運行(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流超過(guo)(guo)c點電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流后(hou),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器動作,而(er)當(dang)(dang)實(shi)際(ji)運行(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流降(jiang)落到bc區間時,這時仍(reng)然是(shi)過(guo)(guo)載的(de)(de),實(shi)際(ji)運行(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流也大于繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)返回(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流二(er)(er)If2,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器仍(reng)然會發出過(guo)(guo)載報警(jing)信(xin)號(hao);而(er)當(dang)(dang)實(shi)際(ji)運行(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流小于If2(Ie)時,過(guo)(guo)載消除(chu)了,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器中(zhong)的(de)(de)銜鐵也釋(shi)放了,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)載信(xin)號(hao)也解除(chu)了,因此考慮了繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)返回(hui)系數(shu)才能準確整定(ding)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)動作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。

由于以上原(yuan)因(yin),在熱繼(ji)電器(qi)過載整(zheng)定(ding)電流計算和變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)繼(ji)電保護計算中需要考(kao)慮繼(ji)電器(qi)的返回系數,才能得出更準確的過載和過電流保護的整(zheng)定(ding)值。
