變壓器Dyn11和Yyn0接線的區別和原理是什么?

變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)Dyn11接(jie)法:高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)三角形,低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)星(xing)形且有中性線,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)與(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)有一個(ge)30度的相位差

變(bian)壓器Yyn0 接(jie)法:高(gao)壓側星形,低(di)壓側星形且(qie)有中(zhong)性(xing)線,高(gao)壓與(yu)低(di)壓沒有相位(wei)差

Yyn0:意思是高(gao)壓(ya)Y接(jie),也就(jiu)是星形接(jie),低(di)壓(ya)也是y接(jie),低(di)壓(ya)中性點引出,高(gao)低(di)壓(ya)側相位(wei)角(jiao)為時鐘上面的0時。

Dy11:意思(si)是(shi)(shi)高壓D接(jie)(jie),也(ye)就是(shi)(shi)三(san)角形接(jie)(jie),低壓也(ye)是(shi)(shi)y接(jie)(jie),高低壓側(ce)(ce)相(xiang)位角為時鐘(zhong)上面的(de)11點(dian)鐘(zhong)方向的(de)角度,“11”表示變壓器二(er)次側(ce)(ce)的(de)線(xian)電(dian)壓滯后一次側(ce)(ce)線(xian)電(dian)壓330度(或超前30度)。

另外補充如下知識:

變壓(ya)器高低壓(ya)有3種連接方式:星型(xing)、三角形(xing)和曲折形(xing)聯結。對高壓(ya)繞(rao)組分別(bie)用(yong)符號Y、D、Z(大寫(xie))表示(shi);對中(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)和低壓(ya)繞(rao)組分別(bie)用(yong)y、d、z(小寫(xie))表示(shi)。有中(zhong)(zhong)性點引出時(shi)分別(bie)用(yong)YN、ZN(高壓(ya)中(zhong)(zhong)性點)和yn、zn(低壓(ya)中(zhong)(zhong)性點)表示(shi)。

數字采用時鐘表示法,用來表示一(yi)(yi)、二次側線電(dian)壓的(de)相(xiang)(xiang)位(wei)關系,一(yi)(yi)次側線電(dian)壓相(xiang)(xiang)量作為分(fen)針,固定(ding)指在時鐘12點的(de)位(wei)置(zhi),二次側的(de)線電(dian)壓相(xiang)(xiang)量作為時針。

自耦(ou)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器有公共部分的(de)(de)兩繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)中(zhong)額定電壓(ya)(ya)低的(de)(de)一個用符號a表示。變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器按(an)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)、低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)聯結的(de)(de)順序組(zu)(zu)(zu)合(he)起來就(jiu)是繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)聯結組(zu)(zu)(zu)。

例(li)如:高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)為Y,低壓(ya)(ya)為yn聯結,那(nei)么繞(rao)組(zu)聯結組(zu)為Yyn。加上時鐘法表示高(gao)低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)相量(liang)關(guan)系就是聯結組(zu)別。

變壓器(qi)二個繞組(zu)組(zu)合起來就形成了(le)4種接線(xian)組(zu)別:“Yy”、“Dy”、“Yd”和(he)“Dd”。由(you)于Y連(lian)接時(shi)還有帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)和(he)不(bu)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)兩種,不(bu)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)則不(bu)增加任何符號表(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi),帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)則在字(zi)母Y后面加字(zi)母n表(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)。n表(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)有引出線(xian)。Yn0接線(xian)組(zu)別,UAB與uab相重合,時(shi)、分針(zhen)都(dou)指在12上。“12”在新的接線(xian)組(zu)別中(zhong)(zhong),就以(yi)“0”表(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)。  

常用的三種聯結組別不同的特征:

1. Y聯(lian)結:星(xing)形(xing)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)特(te)點是高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)經濟。星(xing)形(xing)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)允許(xu)降低(di)中(zhong)點處的(de)(de)絕(jue)緣,使變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)采取(qu)分級(ji)絕(jue)緣,從而(er)降低(di)成本。星(xing)形(xing)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)繞(rao)組(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等于(yu)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)1/√3,繞(rao)組(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流等于(yu)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。星(xing)形(xing)接(jie)(jie)法(fa)的(de)(de)中(zhong)性點引出線(xian)(xian)還可(ke)以(yi)用來直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)地(di),或經消弧線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)接(jie)(jie)地(di),如(ru)果不接(jie)(jie)地(di)也可(ke)接(jie)(jie)避(bi)雷器(qi),防止操(cao)作過電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和雷電(dian)(dian)(dian)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。另外,中(zhong)性點引出接(jie)(jie)地(di),也可(ke)以(yi)用來實(shi)現四(si)線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。這種聯(lian)結的(de)(de)主要缺(que)點是沒有三次(ci)諧波電(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)循環回路。

2. D聯結:三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接(jie)線對(dui)電壓低、電流(liu)大的變壓器(qi)低壓繞(rao)組而(er)(er)言經(jing)濟。因(yin)為(wei)三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接(jie)線必須做(zuo)成(cheng)等絕(jue)緣,不能做(zuo)成(cheng)分級絕(jue)緣,對(dui)于低壓繞(rao)組而(er)(er)言,因(yin)為(wei)電壓較低,這一點不會有什么影響。三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接(jie)線各相繞(rao)組中的電流(liu)僅為(wei)引出(chu)線電流(liu)的1/√3。三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接(jie)法(fa)在繞(rao)組里可以流(liu)通零序電流(liu)和(he)(he)三(san)次諧(xie)波電流(liu),產生平抑零序磁通和(he)(he)三(san)次諧(xie)波的反磁通,使變壓器(qi)的感應電動勢避免發(fa)生畸(ji)變。

3. Z聯結(jie):Z聯結(jie)具(ju)有Y聯結(jie)的(de)優點,匝數(shu)要比Y形聯結(jie)多15.5%,成本較大。其零序阻抗(kang)較小,適(shi)合于制造(zao)接地變壓(ya)(ya)器。由于能減小中性點位移,因(yin)此,適(shi)合于制造(zao)需要帶(dai)三(san)相不平衡負荷的(de)中小容量變壓(ya)(ya)器低壓(ya)(ya)繞組。另外,對(dui)防止(zhi)雷(lei)電過電壓(ya)(ya)也有一(yi)定作用。

Dyn11和Yyn0聯(lian)結的區(qu)別:

 

Dyn11

        由于(yu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)為(wei)三(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)接(jie)(jie)線,當(dang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器鐵芯中(zhong)出(chu)現零(ling)序(xu)(xu)磁通(tong)或三(san)(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)磁通(tong)時,在三(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)中(zhong)感應(ying)(ying)產(chan)生零(ling)序(xu)(xu)電(dian)動(dong)勢(shi)(shi)或三(san)(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)電(dian)動(dong)勢(shi)(shi),由于(yu)此(ci)(ci)感應(ying)(ying)電(dian)動(dong)勢(shi)(shi)為(wei)三(san)(san)相同相位(wei),在三(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)中(zhong)串聯(lian)疊加,并產(chan)生相應(ying)(ying)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)。此(ci)(ci)零(ling)序(xu)(xu)(三(san)(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo))循環電(dian)流(liu)(liu)產(chan)生一(yi)個反磁通(tong),使鐵芯中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)序(xu)(xu)(三(san)(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo))磁通(tong)消弱到(dao)最小,因而(er)減小了低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)星形(xing)(xing)接(jie)(jie)線繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)性點電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)位(wei)移(yi)。同時也使高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)中(zhong)零(ling)序(xu)(xu)(三(san)(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo))感應(ying)(ying)電(dian)動(dong)勢(shi)(shi)減到(dao)最小,從而(er)避免了由于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)負荷電(dian)流(liu)(liu)波(bo)(bo)形(xing)(xing)畸(ji)變(bian)(bian)引起高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)電(dian)源電(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)波(bo)(bo)形(xing)(xing)受(shou)到(dao)污染。所以,具有(you)三(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)接(jie)(jie)線的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器可以防止三(san)(san)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)或零(ling)序(xu)(xu)磁通(tong)對(dui)(dui)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)電(dian)源電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)波(bo)(bo)形(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)影響。此(ci)(ci)外,這種聯(lian)結方法對(dui)(dui)防止雷電(dian)侵入波(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)(de)過電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)也有(you)良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)作用。因為(wei)三(san)(san)相雷電(dian)侵入波(bo)(bo)也是同方向(xiang)的(de)(de)(de),這種狀況(kuang)與零(ling)序(xu)(xu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)相似,三(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)中(zhong)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)循環電(dian)流(liu)(liu),對(dui)(dui)雷電(dian)流(liu)(liu)在變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器三(san)(san)相鐵芯中(zhong)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)磁通(tong)也有(you)抑(yi)制作用。

        GB/T13499-2002《電(dian)(dian)力變壓(ya)器應用導則》規定(ding):由(you)于(yu)Yyn變壓(ya)器零(ling)序阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)高(gao)達60%,中性線電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不宜大于(yu)10%的(de)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流(liu);Dyn變壓(ya)器零(ling)序阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)僅為正(zheng)序短(duan)路阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)的(de)0.9倍,中性線可以帶額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。

        但是,Dyn11聯(lian)結(jie)方式(shi)(shi)的(de)變壓(ya)器(qi)電源側(ce)如(ru)用跌(die)落式(shi)(shi)熔(rong)斷器(qi)作為過載(zai)和(he)短路保護(hu),出(chu)現一相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)熔(rong)絲(si)熔(rong)斷,即高壓(ya)側(ce)單相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)斷線,這(zhe)時(shi)低(di)壓(ya)側(ce)有兩相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電壓(ya)其(qi)數值為額(e)定電壓(ya)的(de)1/2,即從(cong)220V降低(di)到110V,這(zhe)時(shi),電冰(bing)箱等家用電器(qi)會(hui)因(yin)無(wu)法啟動而導致燒損。這(zhe)時(shi),Dyn11聯(lian)結(jie)方式(shi)(shi)的(de)變壓(ya)器(qi)低(di)壓(ya)側(ce)必(bi)須加(jia)裝可靠的(de)低(di)電壓(ya)保護(hu)。

        這(zhe)(zhe)種連接組合方式,低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側有(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian),低(di)壓(ya)(ya)負(fu)荷中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)三(san)(san)(san)次諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和(he)三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)平衡負(fu)荷中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)零(ling)(ling)序電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)可以通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)在變壓(ya)(ya)器繞組中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)流(liu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。如果(guo)鐵芯(xin)(xin)為(wei)三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)三(san)(san)(san)柱,則(ze)有(you)零(ling)(ling)序電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和(he)三(san)(san)(san)次諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在繞組中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)產生的(de)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)不(bu)能(neng)再鐵芯(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)形(xing)成閉合回路(lu)(因為(wei)三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)鐵芯(xin)(xin)柱中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)三(san)(san)(san)次諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)零(ling)(ling)序磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)同(tong)方向的(de)),只能(neng)越出鐵芯(xin)(xin)經(jing)變壓(ya)(ya)器絕(jue)緣介(jie)質(變壓(ya)(ya)器油)及(ji)箱體鐵質金屬等再回到鐵芯(xin)(xin)。由于(yu)鐵芯(xin)(xin)外的(de)絕(jue)緣介(jie)質磁(ci)(ci)(ci)阻較大(da),因此零(ling)(ling)序磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)三(san)(san)(san)次諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)較小。但是(shi)由其感應(ying)產生的(de)零(ling)(ling)序電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢和(he)三(san)(san)(san)次諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢,疊加在相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)上,使三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不(bu)對稱,引起中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)位移(yi),有(you)的(de)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升高(gao),有(you)的(de)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)低(di)。為(wei)了(le)防止三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)嚴重不(bu)對稱,影響用(yong)戶正常用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),行業標準SD-292-1988《架空配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)路(lu)及(ji)設備運行規程(cheng)(試行)》對三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)負(fu)荷的(de)不(bu)平衡程(cheng)度規定不(bu)應(ying)大(da)于(yu)15%。允許三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)器中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)帶(dai)少量單相(xiang)(xiang)負(fu)荷,但中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)應(ying)超過額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)25%。所以做出這(zhe)(zhe)一規定,是(shi)為(wei)了(le)把中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)位移(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)限制(zhi)在5%左右(you)。

        如(ru)果Yyn0聯結(jie)(jie)方式(shi)(shi)的變(bian)壓器(qi),其鐵芯(xin)為(wei)三(san)(san)相(xiang)五(wu)柱(zhu)(zhu)結(jie)(jie)構(gou),這時(shi)鐵芯(xin)中(zhong)的零序(xu)(或三(san)(san)次(ci)諧(xie)波)磁通(tong)能經過(guo)邊柱(zhu)(zhu)流通(tong),比經過(guo)箱體流通(tong)時(shi)磁阻要小得(de)多(duo),因(yin)此,零序(xu)(或三(san)(san)次(ci)諧(xie)波)磁通(tong)比三(san)(san)相(xiang)三(san)(san)柱(zhu)(zhu)式(shi)(shi)變(bian)壓器(qi)大得(de)多(duo),在繞組中(zhong)感應產生的零序(xu)(或三(san)(san)次(ci)諧(xie)波)電(dian)動勢大得(de)多(duo),使中(zhong)性點(dian)電(dian)壓位移(yi)嚴重(zhong),三(san)(san)相(xiang)電(dian)壓不平衡度增加,因(yin)此,Yyn0聯結(jie)(jie)組的變(bian)壓器(qi)不采用三(san)(san)相(xiang)五(wu)柱(zhu)(zhu)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)或三(san)(san)個單相(xiang)變(bian)壓器(qi)聯結(jie)(jie)方式(shi)(shi)。
