變頻器故障及處理方法32講

1.如何區分重(zhong)故(gu)(gu)障和輕故(gu)(gu)障?

輕故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)時(shi)(shi),系(xi)統(tong)發出報警(jing)信(xin)號,故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)閃爍。重故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)發生時(shi)(shi),系(xi)統(tong)發出故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi),故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)常亮。同時(shi)(shi)發出指(zhi)(zhi)令去分斷高(gao)壓、合(he)閘禁止,并對故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)信(xin)息、高(gao)壓分斷指(zhi)(zhi)令作(zuo)記憶處理。重故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)狀態不消除,故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)、高(gao)壓分斷指(zhi)(zhi)令依然有效。

 

2.輕(qing)故(gu)障(zhang)都有哪些(xie)?

輕(qing)(qing)故障包(bao)括(kuo):變(bian)壓(ya)器超溫(wen)報警(jing)、柜溫(wen)超溫(wen)報警(jing)、柜門打開、單(dan)元旁路,系(xi)統對輕(qing)(qing)故障不(bu)作記憶處理,僅有故障指示,故障消失后報警(jing)自動消除。變(bian)頻器運行中出(chu)現輕(qing)(qing)故障報警(jing),系(xi)統不(bu)會停(ting)機(ji)。停(ting)機(ji)時出(chu)現輕(qing)(qing)故障報警(jing),變(bian)頻器可以繼續啟動運行。

 

3.重故(gu)障具體都有(you)哪些?

系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)發生(sheng)(sheng)下列故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時,按(an)照(zhao)重故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)處理,并在監視器左上角(jiao)顯示重故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)類(lei)型:外(wai)部(bu)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)、變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器過熱(re)、柜(ju)(ju)溫過熱(re)、單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)、變(bian)頻器過流(liu)、高壓(ya)(ya)失電(dian)、接(jie)(jie)口(kou)板(ban)(ban)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)、控制器不(bu)通訊、接(jie)(jie)口(kou)板(ban)(ban)不(bu)通訊、電(dian)機過載、參數(shu)錯(cuo)誤、主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)。單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)包括:熔斷器故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)、單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)過熱(re)、驅(qu)動故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)、光纖故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)、單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)過壓(ya)(ya)。外(wai)部(bu)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)須先解除(chu)高壓(ya)(ya)分斷(柜(ju)(ju)門按(an)鈕或外(wai)部(bu)接(jie)(jie)點)狀(zhuang)態(tai)再系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)復(fu)(fu)位(wei),才能使(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)恢(hui)復(fu)(fu)到(dao)正常狀(zhuang)態(tai);除(chu)外(wai)部(bu)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)以外(wai)的重故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)發生(sheng)(sheng)后,直接(jie)(jie)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)復(fu)(fu)位(wei)即可(ke)使(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)恢(hui)復(fu)(fu)到(dao)正常狀(zhuang)態(tai),但在再次(ci)(ci)上電(dian)前(qian)一定要找出(chu)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)原因。單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)發生(sheng)(sheng)后,只有再次(ci)(ci)上高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)源方能檢測到(dao)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。若(ruo)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)較難分析且無法確定能否(fou)二次(ci)(ci)上高壓(ya)(ya)時,請向廠商咨詢。注意:切忌在未(wei)查明故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)原因前(qian)貿然二次(ci)(ci)上電(dian),否(fou)則可(ke)能嚴重損壞變(bian)頻器!

 

4.變壓器超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)當變壓器溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控儀測量溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度大于其設置的報(bao)(bao)警(jing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(默認設置為100℃)時(shi),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控儀超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)觸點(dian)閉合。

檢查(cha)變壓器柜頂(ding)風(feng)機(ji)或柜底(di)風(feng)機(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)工作(zuo)正(zheng)常(chang)(如(ru)果柜底(di)風(feng)機(ji)工作(zuo)不正(zheng)常(chang),可能出現(xian)三相溫(wen)度(du)相差較(jiao)大);測溫(wen)電(dian)阻是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang)(有無斷線、線路(lu)插頭接(jie)觸不良,如(ru)果接(jie)觸不良,溫(wen)度(du)值將偏高);過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)網是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)堵塞(sai)(拿一張A4紙(zhi)置于(yu)(yu)(yu)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)網上,看是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)能吸(xi)附(fu),否(fou)則(ze)需要清潔過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)網);變頻器是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)長期工作(zuo)于(yu)(yu)(yu)過(guo)載狀態;環境溫(wen)度(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)過(guo)高(環境溫(wen)度(du)應低于(yu)(yu)(yu)45℃,否(fou)則(ze)需要加強(qiang)通風(feng));安裝(zhuang)于(yu)(yu)(yu)變壓器柜內正(zheng)面底(di)部的風(feng)機(ji)開關和接(jie)觸器是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)斷開;變壓器柜風(feng)機(ji)控制和保護電(dian)路(lu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang)。

 

5.柜溫(wen)超溫(wen)報警單元柜測溫(wen)點的(de)溫(wen)度(du)大于55℃時,系統會發出柜溫(wen)超溫(wen)輕故(gu)障報警。

檢(jian)查單元柜(ju)柜(ju)頂風機(ji)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)工作正(zheng)常,安(an)(an)裝于二次室內的風機(ji)開(kai)關是(shi)(shi)否(fou)跳閘;過濾網是(shi)(shi)否(fou)堵塞(拿(na)一張A4紙(zhi)置于過濾網上,看是(shi)(shi)否(fou)能吸附,否(fou)則需(xu)要(yao)清潔過濾網);變(bian)頻器是(shi)(shi)否(fou)長期工作于過載(zai)狀態(tai);環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)過高(環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)應(ying)低于45℃,否(fou)則需(xu)要(yao)加強(qiang)通風(墻上安(an)(an)裝通風機(ji)或柜(ju)頂安(an)(an)裝風道)或安(an)(an)裝制(zhi)冷(leng)設備);變(bian)壓(ya)器柜(ju)風機(ji)控制(zhi)和保護電路(lu)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常。

 

6.變壓器(qi)過(guo)熱變壓器(qi)溫控儀測量溫度大于其設(she)(she)置(zhi)的跳閘溫度(默(mo)認(ren)設(she)(she)置(zhi)為130℃)時(shi),溫控儀跳閘觸點(dian)閉(bi)合,系(xi)統會報變壓器(qi)過(guo)熱重故障(zhang)。

溫(wen)控(kong)儀顯(xian)示的(de)溫(wen)度(du)是否(fou)在130度(du)以上(shang),若不是則檢查溫(wen)控(kong)儀的(de)超(chao)溫(wen)報警值(zhi)是否(fou)設定為130度(du);其余檢查項(xiang)見變壓器超(chao)溫(wen)報警。

 

7.柜溫過熱。

單(dan)元(yuan)柜測(ce)溫點的溫度大于60℃時,系(xi)統會(hui)報柜溫過熱(re)重(zhong)故障。檢查項(xiang)見(jian)柜溫超溫報警(jing)。

 

8.柜門聯鎖報(bao)警行程開關是否與柜門頂碰件壓實(shi)。

行(xing)(xing)程(cheng)開關的“預行(xing)(xing)程(cheng)”和“過行(xing)(xing)程(cheng)”是(shi)否合適;行(xing)(xing)程(cheng)開關電氣功(gong)能(neng)是(shi)否工(gong)作正常;否則更(geng)換接口(kou)板。

 

9.控制器不通訊。

確認監(jian)視(shi)器(qi)(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)板(ban)到主(zhu)控(kong)板(ban)的通(tong)訊線是否(fou)連接無誤,確認監(jian)視(shi)器(qi)(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)板(ban)上的+15V與+5V正確無誤;更換主(zhu)控(kong)板(ban)。更換監(jian)視(shi)器(qi)(qi)。

 

10.主控板故障。

監視(shi)器(qi)與(yu)控制器(qi)已建立通訊,監視(shi)器(qi)檢測主控板有(you)故(gu)障,則報主控板故(gu)障。更換監視(shi)器(qi)。更換主控板。

 

11.接口板不通。

訊(xun)(xun)監視器與接口板(ban)未建立通(tong)訊(xun)(xun),接口板(ban)將(jiang)每(mei)5秒(miao)鐘(zhong)復位一(yi)次監視器,在(zai)3分30秒(miao)仍(reng)未建立通(tong)訊(xun)(xun),將(jiang)判斷為重(zhong)故障。通(tong)訊(xun)(xun)線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常,檢查接線(xian)端子(zi)是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)確;I/O板(ban)工(gong)(gong)作是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常.尤(you)其是(shi)工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)壓;I/O主控板(ban)外芯片(pian)是(shi)否(fou)插好。

 

12.參數錯誤。

在(zai)修(xiu)改參(can)(can)(can)數(shu)的(de)時候,如果設置的(de)參(can)(can)(can)數(shu)有(you)誤(wu)(wu)(同步矢量控制時可能報(bao)此故障),則(ze)報(bao)參(can)(can)(can)數(shu)錯誤(wu)(wu)故障,請重新修(xiu)改參(can)(can)(can)數(shu),按(an)復位(wei)按(an)鈕。

 

13.外部故障。

本地高(gao)(gao)壓分(fen)斷按鈕(niu)閉合(he)或接(jie)口板上高(gao)(gao)壓分(fen)斷接(jie)點閉合(he)時,系統將(jiang)報外部故障。高(gao)(gao)壓分(fen)斷按鈕(niu)是否按下;高(gao)(gao)壓分(fen)斷端子是否短路;接(jie)口板壞(huai)。

 

14.高壓失電上級高壓電源(yuan)消失。

一般由正常(chang)分閘(zha)操作(zuo)引(yin)起(qi)。若出現異常(chang)高(gao)壓斷電情況(無故障記錄、無分閘(zha)操作(zuo)),請檢查上級開關柜(ju)分閘(zha)回路。

 

15.變頻器過流。

變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)超過(guo)(guo)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)1.5倍時(shi),變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器將過(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)保(bao)護(hu)。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓檢測板是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang),有(you)(you)(you)無(wu)(wu)明顯(xian)短路(lu)、放電(dian)(dian)(dian)痕跡;光纖(xian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)插緊(jin),主回路(lu)連接螺(luo)釘是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)緊(jin)固(gu);霍(huo)爾(er)元(yuan)件電(dian)(dian)(dian)源是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang)、霍(huo)爾(er)元(yuan)件輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)信號(hao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)確;檢查參數設置加(jia)速(su)(su)(su)(su)時(shi)間(jian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)過(guo)(guo)短、轉(zhuan)矩提升(sheng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)過(guo)(guo)大(da)、啟(qi)動(dong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)過(guo)(guo)高;電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)或(huo)(huo)負(fu)載機(ji)械(xie)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)堵轉(zhuan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞組(zu)和輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)緣(yuan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)損壞;確保(bao)所(suo)有(you)(you)(you)單元(yuan)工作正(zheng)常(chang)(拆下單元(yuan)連接銅排,使(shi)用萬用表或(huo)(huo)示(shi)波(bo)器檢測單元(yuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和波(bo)形是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang));輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)過(guo)(guo)低;在(zai)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器的(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)側有(you)(you)(you)功率(lv)(lv)因(yin)數矯正(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容或(huo)(huo)浪涌吸收裝置,它(ta)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan)有(you)(you)(you)可能(neng)(neng)引(yin)起諧振。取消相關(guan)器件;單元(yuan)檢測板是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)有(you)(you)(you)短路(lu)及損壞。如果排除了(le)以上原因(yin)仍有(you)(you)(you)故(gu)障(zhang),請更(geng)換控(kong)制器信號(hao)板或(huo)(huo)主控(kong)板。在(zai)有(you)(you)(you)些現(xian)場,因(yin)為齒(chi)槽效應等影響,電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)低速(su)(su)(su)(su)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)波(bo)動(dong)很大(da),此時(shi)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器可能(neng)(neng)出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)限(xian)流(liu)(liu),使(shi)得變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)加(jia)速(su)(su)(su)(su)、限(xian)流(liu)(liu)減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)(su)等反復,而無(wu)(wu)法正(zheng)常(chang)加(jia)速(su)(su)(su)(su)或(huo)(huo)造成過(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)保(bao)護(hu),這種情況下需要(yao)減(jian)小加(jia)速(su)(su)(su)(su)時(shi)間(jian),加(jia)大(da)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)系數,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)快速(su)(su)(su)(su)通過(guo)(guo)波(bo)動(dong)區域,避免過(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)保(bao)護(hu)。(此情況若(ruo)有(you)(you)(you)單元(yuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低,則更(geng)換該單元(yuan))。

 

16.電機過流。

變(bian)頻器輸出電(dian)流(liu)大于(yu)電(dian)機額(e)定電(dian)流(liu)1.2倍(bei)并(bing)持續(xu)超過(guo)2分(fen)鐘。檢查參數(shu)設置(zhi)電(dian)機額(e)定電(dian)流(liu)設置(zhi)是否(fou)正確;電(dian)機或負載機械是否(fou)堵(du)轉(zhuan);電(dian)源電(dian)壓是否(fou)過(guo)低。

 

17.變頻器運行后電(dian)機不轉。

檢查變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)有(you)接觸(chu)器(qi)(qi)或開關類設備;檢查變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)一次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)連接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji);觀察監視器(qi)(qi)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)有(you)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流以及輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,若有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、無(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流則(ze)說明(ming)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的主(zhu)回路開路,若有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,則(ze)檢查電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)有(you)單相接地(di)情況(kuang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)子繞組是(shi)否(fou)(fou)開路。

 

18.單元重故障。

單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)重故(gu)障共有5種(zhong),包括熔斷(duan)器故(gu)障、驅動(dong)故(gu)障、單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)過熱、單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)過壓、光(guang)纖故(gu)障,其中前3種(zhong)故(gu)障可以旁路(lu)(若單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)帶有旁路(lu)功能,且旁路(lu)級(ji)數(shu)設置為非0時有效(xiao))。

 

19.熔斷器(qi)故障檢測到單元缺(que)相時,報(bao)熔斷器(qi)故障。

請檢查是否因為主電源停(ting)電引(yin)起;單元的(de)三相進線是否松動;進線熔(rong)斷器是否完好(hao),若熔(rong)斷器開路,請更換單元。

 

20.驅動故障。

檢查單(dan)元(yuan)電壓檢測板是(shi)否(fou)短(duan)路(lu),若短(duan)路(lu)會(hui)引起(qi)A1,B1及C1單(dan)元(yuan)報驅動故障;功率(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)輸出端L1、L2是(shi)否(fou)短(duan)路(lu),否(fou)則為單(dan)元(yuan)IGBT損壞,請(qing)更(geng)換(huan)單(dan)元(yuan);電機(ji)絕緣(yuan)是(shi)否(fou)完好;負載是(shi)否(fou)存(cun)在(zai)機(ji)械故障。

 

21.單元過熱。

單元(yuan)內散(san)熱器上裝有溫度開關(常閉點),溫度超(chao)過85℃時,溫度繼電器常閉點斷開,報(bao)單元(yuan)過熱故障。

檢查柜(ju)頂風(feng)(feng)機是(shi)否工作正(zheng)常、單(dan)元柜(ju)風(feng)(feng)機開(kai)關是(shi)否跳閘、過濾(lv)網是(shi)否堵(du)塞(拿一張A4紙(zhi)置于過濾(lv)網上(shang),看是(shi)否能(neng)吸附,否則(ze)需(xu)要(yao)清潔過濾(lv)網);是(shi)否長期工作于過載狀(zhuang)態、環(huan)境溫度(du)是(shi)否過高(gao)(環(huan)境溫度(du)應(ying)低(di)于45℃,否則(ze)需(xu)要(yao)加(jia)強通風(feng)(feng)),墻上(shang)安裝(zhuang)通風(feng)(feng)機或柜(ju)頂安裝(zhuang)風(feng)(feng)道或安裝(zhuang)制冷設備(bei);

單元(yuan)控制(zhi)板壞,最后(hou)檢查功率單元(yuan)溫(wen)度繼電(dian)器(qi)是否(fou)正(zheng)常。

 

22.單元過壓。

直流母線電壓超(chao)過保護值,變頻(pin)器報單元過壓。

變頻器運(yun)行時,若某個(ge)單元的(de)輸出(chu)電壓較低(di),會(hui)引起三(san)相輸出(chu)不平(ping)衡,而報單元過(guo)壓;在空(kong)載電機調(diao)(diao)試時,比較容易出(chu)現直流(liu)母線(xian)過(guo)壓和A1/B1/C1單元過(guo)壓,此(ci)時,可以適當調(diao)(diao)低(di)基準電壓。

檢查輸入的高壓(ya)電源(yuan)是否(fou)超(chao)過(guo)允許(xu)max值(電源(yuan)電壓(ya)過(guo)高時,可調(diao)整(zheng)變壓(ya)器分接頭(tou)接到105%處);

減(jian)速過程中出現過電壓,請適(shi)當增加變(bian)頻(pin)器的減(jian)速時(shi)間設(she)定值(zhi)。

 

23.光纖故障。

當系統在(zai)上電狀態下(xia)檢測不到單(dan)元(yuan)通(tong)訊時,報光纖故障。功率單(dan)元(yuan)控制電源是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang)(正(zheng)常(chang)時,綠色指示燈亮),否(fou)則更換功率單(dan)元(yuan);功率單(dan)元(yuan)以及控制器(qi)的光纖連接頭是(shi)否(fou)脫(tuo)落,光纖是(shi)否(fou)折斷(duan)。

 

24.單元旁路。

單(dan)元(yuan)配置(zhi)有旁(pang)(pang)(pang)路的硬件、參(can)數設置(zhi)中旁(pang)(pang)(pang)路級數為(wei)非零(ling)時,若(ruo)單(dan)元(yuan)出現(xian)驅動故(gu)障(zhang)、熔斷(duan)器故(gu)障(zhang)、單(dan)元(yuan)過熱這三種(zhong)故(gu)障(zhang)時,將發生單(dan)元(yuan)旁(pang)(pang)(pang)路。

若(ruo)一個單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)生(sheng)故障(zhang)被旁路(lu),則另(ling)外兩(liang)相(xiang)相(xiang)同位置的(de)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)亦將被旁路(lu),此時(shi),變頻器仍可以啟動(dong)和(he)運行,但是因每相(xiang)串聯單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)數量減少,額定輸(shu)出(chu)電壓和(he)額定容量都將降低。發(fa)生(sheng)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)旁路(lu)時(shi),一定要查明(ming)原因,并(bing)盡快停(ting)機更(geng)換故障(zhang)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(其余兩(liang)相(xiang)被旁路(lu)的(de)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)無需更(geng)換);清理單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)驅動(dong)板與(yu)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)控制(zhi)板,若(ruo)此兩(liang)塊電路(lu)板集塵太厚可能引起誤報。

 

25.運行頻(pin)率與給定頻(pin)率不一致。

這種情況有(you)以下幾種原因加(jia)減速(su)過程中,受加(jia)減速(su)時間(jian)的限制,輸出頻率(lv)(lv)到達給(gei)定頻率(lv)(lv)有(you)一個過程;

系統電(dian)壓(ya)過(guo)高時減速,變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)出(chu)于自身保(bao)護的要求(qiu),此時頻(pin)率不能(neng)停(ting)留(liu)在(zai)一(yi)個數(shu)值(zhi)(zhi)點上,以避免(mian)直流(liu)(liu)母線過(guo)壓(ya)保(bao)護。此時建議將變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)分接(jie)頭接(jie)到105%上;變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)超過(guo)設置的限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)值(zhi)(zhi),變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)自動降頻(pin)以降低(di)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu),避免(mian)過(guo)流(liu)(liu)保(bao)護跳閘。這種(zhong)情況一(yi)般(ban)出(chu)現在(zai)輸(shu)(shu)入電(dian)壓(ya)過(guo)低(di)或負(fu)載突(tu)增時;

瞬時(shi)停電(dian)時(shi),為了(le)維(wei)持(chi)電(dian)機在可控狀態,變頻器(qi)將自動減速,從電(dian)機處(chu)獲得能(neng)量;霍爾(er)元件(jian)、單元檢測板(ban)或是(shi)信號板(ban)發生(sheng)故障。

 

26.監視器黑屏。

按下柜門上的系(xi)統(tong)復(fu)(fu)位按鈕(系(xi)統(tong)復(fu)(fu)位不會(hui)影(ying)響變頻器正常運行狀態);若仍不能(neng)恢復(fu)(fu),則檢查監視器的電(dian)源端子是(shi)(shi)否(fou)脫落、連接線是(shi)(shi)否(fou)松動、5V及15V電(dian)源是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正常、監視器線路(lu)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有(you)明顯(xian)損傷(shang);

是否存在(zai)干擾現象,否則(ze)請更換監(jian)視(shi)器。

 

27.參數無法修改。

在功能參數(shu)中參數(shu)修改(gai)選項(xiang)設置為(wei)禁止(zhi)時,則(ze)除該參數(shu)及給定(ding)頻(pin)率或給定(ding)參量外,其余所有參數(shu)均無法修改(gai)。

在運行過程(cheng)中,大部分參數均(jun)無(wu)法修改。

 

28.停機后變頻器自動(dong)重啟。

在(zai)遠程(cheng)控制模式下,啟(qi)、停只(zhi)能通過(guo)遠程(cheng)端子。

若(ruo)參數設置中的啟動(dong)方式(shi)為電平(ping)啟動(dong)(閉合啟動(dong),斷(duan)開停(ting)機(ji)),在運行過程(cheng)(cheng)中緊急停(ting)機(ji)信號(hao)斷(duan)開或通過其他方式(shi)使變(bian)頻器(qi)停(ting)機(ji),變(bian)頻器(qi)會立即自(zi)由(you)停(ting)機(ji),但是當緊急停(ting)機(ji)信號(hao)重(zhong)新閉合后,因為遠程(cheng)(cheng)啟動(dong)電平(ping)信號(hao)仍在,變(bian)頻器(qi)會自(zi)動(dong)啟動(dong)運行。

 

29.變頻器上電(dian)即跳(tiao)閘(zha)。

變頻器(qi)上電時(shi),因變壓器(qi)的激磁涌流(liu)和(he)單(dan)元電容充電,瞬時(shi)電流(liu)有效值高(gao)可達到變頻器(qi)額(e)定電流(liu)的6-7倍,持續時(shi)間幾十毫(hao)秒(miao);若變頻器(qi)上級電流(liu)保護(hu)整定值過小,會造成上級開關速(su)斷(duan)保護(hu)跳閘。

調整(zheng)上(shang)級開(kai)關柜速斷保(bao)護整(zheng)定(ding)值。

 

30.啟動(dong)過程中輸出頻率在(zai)低速震(zhen)蕩。

有些電(dian)機(ji)在低(di)速(su)(su)時(shi),因為齒槽效應等影響,電(dian)流(liu)波(bo)動非常大,此時(shi)變頻(pin)器可能出(chu)現限(xian)流(liu),使得變頻(pin)器出(chu)現加(jia)速(su)(su)、限(xian)流(liu)減速(su)(su)等反復,而(er)無法正常加(jia)速(su)(su)。增(zeng)加(jia)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)設置;縮短啟(qi)動時(shi)間(jian);某個單元輸出(chu)電(dian)壓低(di),更換此單元;

 

31.自(zi)動(dong)(dong)旁路柜自(zi)動(dong)(dong)旁路時上(shang)級開關(guan)柜跳閘(zha)。

查看旁(pang)路(lu)柜(ju)中(zhong)延時吸合(he)時間繼電(dian)器的時間是否(fou)在(zai)1.5S——3S之間;開關柜(ju)整(zheng)定值是否(fou)太(tai)小(應(ying)該在(zai)電(dian)機額定電(dian)流(liu)的5倍以上);將開關柜(ju)的速斷保護時間設定為大于(yu)0.1S。

 

32.外接端子(zi)有感應交流電壓。

可(ke)能是遠程啟動/停機、高壓分斷、系統復位(wei)信(xin)號線感應電(dian)壓,建議無源信(xin)號與220V交(jiao)流電(dian)源分開布線,此種情況最(zui)好用屏蔽線兩端接地;

可能是遠控箱(xiang)上的信(xin)號線(xian)與電(dian)源線(xian)綁在一起引起的感應(ying)電(dian)壓(ya),建議在遠控箱(xiang)重新布線(xian),無緣信(xin)號最好也用(yong)屏蔽線(xian),而且屏蔽線(xian)剝線(xian)盡量不(bu)要太長(chang);4-20mA電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號有交流(liu)感應(ying)電(dian)壓(ya)(10V以(yi)下),可以(yi)用(yong)一個(ge)275V/0.33uf接在電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號與地(di)之間。
