加(jia)(jia)速(su)時(shi)間(jian)就是輸出頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)從(cong)0上升(sheng)到最大頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)所需時(shi)間(jian),減(jian)(jian)速(su)時(shi)間(jian)是指從(cong)最大頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)下降(jiang)到0所需時(shi)間(jian)。通常用頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設(she)定信號上升(sheng)、下降(jiang)來確定加(jia)(jia)減(jian)(jian)速(su)時(shi)間(jian)。在電(dian)(dian)動機加(jia)(jia)速(su)時(shi)須限(xian)制頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設(she)定的上升(sheng)率(lv)(lv)(lv)以防止過(guo)電(dian)(dian)流,減(jian)(jian)速(su)時(shi)則限(xian)制下降(jiang)率(lv)(lv)(lv)以防止過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓。
加速(su)(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)設(she)(she)定(ding)要求:將(jiang)(jiang)加速(su)(su)(su)(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)限制在(zai)變(bian)頻器過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)容量以(yi)下,不(bu)使(shi)過(guo)(guo)流(liu)失速(su)(su)(su)(su)而(er)引起變(bian)頻器跳閘;減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)設(she)(she)定(ding)要點(dian)是:防止平滑電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過(guo)(guo)大(da),不(bu)使(shi)再生(sheng)過(guo)(guo)壓失速(su)(su)(su)(su)而(er)使(shi)變(bian)頻器跳閘。加減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)可(ke)根據負載計算出來,但在(zai)調(diao)試中(zhong)常采取按負載和經驗先設(she)(she)定(ding)較長(chang)加減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)起、停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機觀察有無(wu)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓報(bao)警(jing)(jing);然后將(jiang)(jiang)加減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)(su)設(she)(she)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)逐漸縮短,以(yi)運轉中(zhong)不(bu)發生(sheng)報(bao)警(jing)(jing)為原(yuan)則,重復操(cao)作(zuo)幾次,便可(ke)確定(ding)出很(hen)佳加減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)。
二、 轉(zhuan)矩提升
又叫轉矩補償(chang),是(shi)為(wei)補償(chang)因電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)定子繞組電阻所引(yin)起的(de)低(di)(di)速時(shi)轉矩降(jiang)低(di)(di),而(er)(er)把(ba)低(di)(di)頻率范(fan)圍f/V增大的(de)方(fang)法。設定為(wei)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi),可(ke)使加(jia)速時(shi)的(de)電壓自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)提升以補償(chang)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉矩,使電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)加(jia)速順利進行。如(ru)采用手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)補償(chang)時(shi),根據(ju)負載特性,尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)負載的(de)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)特性,通(tong)過試驗可(ke)選出較佳(jia)曲線。對于變轉矩負載,如(ru)選擇不當會出現低(di)(di)速時(shi)的(de)輸(shu)出電壓過高(gao),而(er)(er)浪費電能的(de)現象,甚至(zhi)還會出現電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)帶負載起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)電流大,而(er)(er)轉速上不去的(de)現象。
三、 電子熱過載保(bao)護
本功能為保護(hu)電動機過熱(re)而(er)設置,它是(shi)變頻器內CPU根據(ju)運轉電流值和頻率計算(suan)出電動機的溫升(sheng),從而(er)進(jin)行過熱(re)保護(hu)。本功能只適用(yong)于“一(yi)拖一(yi)”場合,而(er)在“一(yi)拖多(duo)”時,則(ze)應在各臺電動機上加裝熱(re)繼電器。
